heat se and familhes and joined the Breat westward migrations. This Tofu steak is so filling and warm and sweet. Simply the best!

I got the cucumber roll. I can't remember the name. No rice. It was pretty good. Soup was normal, good. My date got the tuna.
Scallop was shared and was delicious. Service was a bit slow, but polite. I would recommend.

So good! Didn't expect good sushi in Wyoming but was totally satisfied. Good prices compared to coastal cities. Excellent service.

It's interesting and tasty. It's totally unlike any sushi experience I've ever had. I give it 4 stars regionally adjusted. Worth a visit.

Both times I've gotten sushi here, I ended up with scales in my mouth. If it was a one-off, I'd be a little more generous, but it happened twice! The non-scaly pieces also just didn't taste great, so I can't say I recommend Niko for sushi.

I have only gotten takeout and have only ordered sushi, so I can't speak to the ambiance, service, or other food items, but I don't see myself coming back here to try anything else based on my experiences.

Rainbow Roll: crab, avocado, cucumber topped w. 5 kinds of fish

Black Dragon Roll: shrimp tempura, cucumber, avocado topped w. eel sauce and sesame seeds

Rising Sun Roll: California roll, baked salmon and dynamite sauce, eel sauce, green onion, sesame seeds

We ordered them as take out. We took bites of the food before taking the pictures. They were delicious, definitely will order from here again.

We stopped by yesterday with the family and had an epic experience! The bison roll was really good as was everything else we ordered. Definitely Japanese but with a nice western flair. The staff was really nice and helpful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who comes into Laramie.

Excellent sushi! Which is saying a lot in WY! Real crab, great poke w/macadamia nuts, tempura and sea weed salad. Excellent lobster tempura roll and rainbow roll. And sashimi!

One of the best restaurants in town, hands down. Staff is always on point, food is delicious, and the menu is huge. My favorite item on the menu is the miso soup. The servers, chefs, and cooks really do a great job. Even if you don't like seafood, try a hibachi dinner! You will not regret it.
