Anne was amazing, we unfortunately could not continue with her service due to some personal circumstances but Anne was willing to return our deposit with no qualms. We loved our brief time with her and wish to work with her in the future.

Although the photographs she took looked very nice, Ms Brande was repeatedly late for appointments, unapologetic, disorganized, and above all, self-absorbed. She repeatedly emphasized how she comes from a long line of photographers, but apparently she didn't inherit any business sense from her ancestors. She also repeatedly talked about ensuring a great experience for me, but it seems to me the sessions were more about her than the customer. She and her employees were reluctant to turn over the photos I had bought because I refused to discuss having them frame them (I do my own framing and matting), though they eventually gave them to me. I will drive to Cheyenne or Fort Collins to get professional photographs taken before I use this place again. I advise anyone else needing photographs taken in Laramie to do the same (or find another Laramie photographer).

Dealing with Anne Brande, the photographer, is like dealing with a two year old! The pictures turned out ok-but, except for the touch up, I have had just as good done at Walmart for a LOT less time, money and HASSLE!
