Holiday Inn Laramie - University Area

This hotel is obviously dated and old. It needs an upgrade. The only thing good about this hotel is it is connected to a lounge and a Perkins restaurant. The front desk help was out of this world. That guy loved his job and was so friendly and nice.

Cali the GM is unprofessional & her front desk Destiny is worthless. They will cancel your reservation on a whim. Bump reservations to bring in a higher rate client. Do Not stay at this IHG property.

I really liked this hotel. Great staff. Fun artwork. Super clean and quiet. The hotel is located very close to the highway, so it's easily accessed. It's also a short drive into town for meals - though a Starbucks is nearby for serious morning caffeine reloading.

Just a dumpy hotel. Rooms are outdated, especially bathroom. No breakfast here or fresh coffee. Just old canister coffee that's been sitting for awhile. They do have a "Lounge" for drinkers. But nobody was in there. I had a terrible night sleep. Could hear both neighbors due to VERY thin walls. Surprised how much I could hear. King size bed comes with no blanket. Just bed spread and sheet. I HATE sleeping like that. Pass on this place.

Very rude people that work here and there hotel policy and rules were not listed as we had asked to see them after being informed we couldn't drink in the hot tub. We also have a friend with us who is 21, the bartender acknowledged that he was 21 but would not serve him due to a vertical ID. He has a vertical ID because it has not expired.

Sure, it's just a holiday inn, but the front desk people were super nice, the hotel was clean, and I slept like a rock on the comfy bed.

I stayed here while in town for a work conference. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I had a great experience with this hotel.

Front desk was friendly, very accommodating !! This older Holiday Inn Hotel has an attached restaurant and bar with access from inside of hotel. Our room was on 4th floor so to avoid pets that are allowed. Rooms and bathroom were clean. For a nice hotel the lobby floors and elevator floors were filthy. The first thing seen for travelers, Sad for an accommodating hotel.

The customer service was probably the best I have experienced in the industry across America. I can't say enough. My wife, my brother and sister in law stayed for 3 days. Every day we experienced the very best in customer care. Definitely the best place to stay in Laramie.

If you'd like your belongings stolen in the pool are, this is the place for you the desk person was as helpful as they could be. I guess I just thought I was staying at a safe place where I didn't have to guard my things. Also, no continental breakfast, just a coupon for the restaurant next door.
