Butcher Block

I think this is the place we went to for Bison steaks. Small place in kind of an off road spot, with potholes and dirt parking lot.

The place is not fancy and basically you walk in and there is the counter and a list of meats on the board and on the walls. Most is frozen and they ask what thickness you want, they go cut it, wrap it and sell it.

I liked the straight forward approach, they sell meat not the experience. The selection of meats here is extensive.

The bison was very good and you can get your rocky mountain oysters here also.

Great service. Still the small town butcher shop with the big city quality. Great job on all our needs weather picking up our steer for processing or just to pick up some great jalapeño brats!!!

Best place for meat in town, their Ribeyes are to die for, and the beef hot dogs are awesome. I always come here for meat for my family.
