      Overpriced & have no clue what they are doing. I've never been given such a run around from a company ever. Our Real Estate agent hired them to do a plumbing inspection & that was decent because their report was very high priced; so the sellers believed we needed a lot of things done. They want $30 just to put a nut on a toilet..

      My advice is stay away from this company ...

      I called ACS since I have used them before. Tracy who works in the office was very helpful and she listens and makes recommendations trying to troubleshoot the issue so she can send out the right tech. Also they work with you in payment if you dealt with them before. I have no issues with the company. Chris who came out was knowledgeable and he listened to what I thought was going on and proceeded to troubleshoot. They fixed my motor issue the same day. Thanks again.

      The burner on my furnace was firing intermittently, so I paid Advance Solutions $75 for a service call, and the technician came out, stuck a paper clip in the vacuum port of the fan, and declared my furnace repaired. I called Advanced Comfort the following Monday, and told them that nothing had changed, and that the furnace still had the same issues that I called them to diagnose, and repair in the first place.

      The woman that answered the phone was completely rude, simply because I had a complaint. She informed me that there would be another service charge to send the technician back to re-evaluate his diagnosis. I explained that the tech didn't actually fix anything, and that he misdiagnosed the problem. I asked for a different, more qualified tech, to come and take look, at their expense. She told me with her expertise over the phone, that something else obviously broke, after they came out to repair my furnace. And they would take no responsibility for their mistake.

      I was told to call another company if I was not satisfied.

      Good luck if you call this rip-off company, you will get an all-is-well report, when they do absolutely nothing for your money!!

      I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

      Advanced Comfort Solutions came to install an Ecobee thermostat for me. I had just had a negative experience with a company who had installed my heating system via a warranty company. I explained it to the man who was installing my thermostat and he said he would just take a look. I think he could tell I was a little uneasy and wanted to make sure that it was done correctly. He found a few little things that were not done correctly- fixed it quickly for me and got the thermostat installed perfectly. All for just the hourly rate. He answered all of my questions and I felt like I had definitely hired a professional company that I could trust.

      We had advanced do an inspection of the hvac system on our house we were buying and they recommended a service of both the ac and furnace along with doing an inspection. First we paid for the service of both systems and not even two days after purchasing the home we called a different contractor because the ac wasn't keeping up and found out that the compressor had shorted out on the old ac and the service had never been conducted after having paid them for both the inspection and service, then even better yet they rescheduled the service and said they did it all, well... they didnt even replace the furnace filters but said we were good to go. The following day I called the office and told the service manager who couldn't care less and asked if I wanted two new filters brought out so I could replace them myself.
      They did try to remedy the situation by offering to install a new ac unit at a far reduced cost to make the poor service right. the sales rep that showed up was on time and courteous and told me he would get me a quote in a few days. I followed up with the quote and agreed with the new furnace and install which had to be scheduled for a later date.
      I took the day off work for the install because they could not give me a general time when the service techs would be there and told me that I must be mistaken when I called the day before, not them, to confirm the time that they would arrive to install the ac. to make matters worse I called again the morning of the install and the service techs were late based off of what the receptionist said the time they were supposed to be there. finally once the service techs were done I asked if they could look at the thermostat to make sure it was working with the nest thermostat that we got and they said they dont like working on them and that if it wasn't working that I would need to get a brand new thermostat, this was all without them even looking at the thermostat through the entire install.
      Fast forward less than a month later, this week, when it was 90+ degrees outside and the ac kept kicking off and on I found that the refrigerant lines were frozen over. I then called advanced to explain the situation and the on call guy said that they could send someone out sometime tomorrow but wont be able to give me a time because someone else does the schedule for them. they are supposed to call me and tell me when they will be able to come out, but I will probably just call myself in the morning.

      my only wish is that I had a set of gauges to see what the pressure was so I could catch these guys in yet another lie and a prime example of terrible contractors with even worse integrity. I would never recommend advanced to anyone for any reason, mr. b's is the way to go for anything hvac.

      Called for someone to come flare 2 lines and connect the 2 lines. I also needed a pressure test. The Guy was 40 minutes late, then he says he doesn't have the tools to do what I called them out for. Really how's that possible? He said I'd have to schedule another appointment! He was there for maybe 10 minutes and did no work and I receive a bill for over 100$. These clowns really impressed me

      These guys give outstanding service. Our heater went out during a snow storm and they came right out. It was old and couldn't be repaired but they offered space heaters until the new furnace was ordered. They installed the new unit quickly and efficiently and answered all questions. Polite, friendly, professional.

      "Lacking" is a good word to describe this company's professionalism, customer service and communication. After loosing our heat during a recent cold snap, we called this company to respond and repair our heating unit. They responded diagnosed the problem as a blown heater blower, took the unit apart and left without providing us any information as to how long it would to get this problem fixed or that a part needed to be ordered. Biggest issue, No concerns as to us being without heat not for just a day but this turned into five days. We had to call the following morning to find out the part had to be ordered. Tracy and Dave were the office POCs. We asked if the part could be rushed. We were told "No" by one employee, "Yes for an additional $400" by another employee and then when this nightmare was over, the owner Luke said oh yes we could've rushed the part for an additional $100. Hmmm!!! We attempted to contact the office numerous times over the preceding days in order to find out the status of the part and our calls were avoided. The was not received for 5 days. When the part finally came in we instructed their office to call first so someone could meet them at the house. They showed up without calling, then charged us for them waiting in our driveway for us to get to the home. When completed we ask what the warranty is on the part and labor and we're told 30 days on the workmanship and if you want to know the part warranty call the Hiel company as we don't deal in those parts. The serviceman was RUDE. After finally talking with Luke he tells us 90 days workmanship and 1 year on the part. Never again will I deal with this company. As I stated "LACKING"

      We will never again go anywhere else in Cheyenne for our heating and cooling needs! We've dealt with other places and they don't come close to Advanced! They are the most friendly, professional, and cost efficient. They even loaned us some space heaters at no cost while we waited for them to finish. Thanks guys!!!! You saved us!!!!

      On one of the coldest nights so far this winter (12 degrees) my furnace stopped working. I called Advanced Comfort and they said they would be out shortly. The first tech that showed up did half of the job and said he was leaving. He needed a transformer and besides that he had two other service calls. It was still early and even if they didn't have the part on hand it could be easily purchased. He said he could call one of the other guys but they never answer their phones. As a result I was left all night long without heat in my house. The next day I had to wait for another service tech to show up to finish the job. The second tech saw no reason the job could not have been finished the night before and was gracious enough to waive the after hours fee; however, by that time I had missed four unpaid hours of work. When I called to pay my bill I asked to speak with a manager to file a complaint. I was told they can't always finish a job when the come out after hours. I explained to him what part was needed and that the second tech saw no reason the work could not have been completed. I was told that's just the way it is and what did I expect him to do about it. My response was that since he saw no problem with the service I would be calling someone else next time I have a problem - and sharing my story with others.
