Great customer service!!! I went in to buy our daughter a Gizmo watch & find out about my I phone trade in.
They were very knowledgeable about how to set u and use the watch as well as looked up all the details on my trade in.

I had one staff member go completely out of his way to answer my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge and he was very honest. He provided alternate options and found an appropriate solution for me.

Cellular Plus in Laramie is so professional and helpful! I was having trouble activating a new phone to my Verizon cellular service and Adam H was more than helpful and tried everything plus more to try and get a phone I had been gifted from another service to work. I may be looking for a new phone soon and I know that when I do I will be back to have Adam help me get that one purchased and set up!! 5 star service for sure!

We started our adventure with switching our phones from AT&T after 16 years to Verizon in November 2021. They promoted buy one get one free smart watches and trade in credits for our slightly used phones. After receiving one of our phones and two watches in November it took over 5 hours to transfer the phone from AT&T service to Verizon. I had not heard from anyone from Verizon on the phones we had ordered back in November. I reached out to see when we could expect our new phones to arrive, they had been there for weeks. We returned to the store to pick up and activate 2 more phones and once again it took over 5 hours to transfer our phones from AT&T to Verizon. When I questioned the employee on how much longer....she actually said and I quote "How do you think I feel...this is not even my sale!" I could not even respond I was so in shock of what I had just heard. The process has been horrible. The sales person did not give us credits on our bills for buy one get one smart watches. Verizon took our phones as trade in and the paperwork was not completed properly due to training and mass employee turnover at this store. Now it is May 2022 and our phone bill is is still over $150 more than contracted per month. I was told today that if I was on auto-pay it would save money. Who in their right mind would put a bill on auto pay when you are being overcharged for 5-6 months in a row with no end in sight? The worst part about this, this store is only a authorized seller and not a true Verizon store. So when you run into issues they are the only store you can deal with. True Verizon stores will not touch this nightmare, trust me, I tried. If I could go back in time.....I would never trusted the bait and switch scheme due to lack of employee training. The kicker to this whole situation is the lack of compassion and care of what would have been a lasting customer, being treated as if we where the problem and a constant thorn in their side when hoping that all that was requested was for this store to actually do what was implied, written, promised and never delivered.

Great staff, AWESOME service. Emilie went above and beyond to make sure my switch from AT&T to Verizon went as smooth and painless as possible. Was even more than happy to stay later as I showed up later in the afternoon and my visit went past their store hours. Recommend this location, and definitely recommend Emilie!

Rude! Rude! Rude! I will not be returning to this location!!! The sales associate acted like I was interrupting his day by paying my bill and having a couple questions. Bad customer service.

I've been a Verizon wireless customer for 20 years. Dealing with Jason at this store was less than adequate. We had to cancel a phone upgrade and 30 minutes of our time because he wasn't able to complete the transaction as promised.

Gone in twice. Neither time was a satisfied as I left. The staff was rude, seemed preoccupied, and generally unhelpful. I went in, asked for help with my phone that was not working. I thought something internal was haywire. He told me that I would have to get it fixed by a special center in Cheyenne. I went to another verizon dealer locally, and they replaced my battery, just to test it. Boom, phone working again. This place sucked, and I'll never go again.
