In August of 2021 Rob Schutterle became our new Responsible Broker! Heidi Schutterle opened Mountain Valley Properties in January 2000. In 2002 , Rob Schutterle, Associate Broker, returned to his hometown , after working in Colorado, to help build the real estate business with his Mom. Heidi has over 38 years of experience as a real estate agent, serving the Laramie area. In 2007 Mountain Valley Properties was joined by Associate Broker Todd While. The real estate agency continued to grow and in 2018 Associate Brokers Jessica Hocker and Darla Koenig, Sales Associates Mike Welper, Chase Bridgemon and Lauren Dehnert licensed associate, and service as chief of staff, joined MVP. In 2019 Sales Associate Tom Ver Ploeg joined the agency and in 2020 Associate Broker Stephanie Fortman joined and that is how the agency has grown over the past 21 years.
Our office is fully equipped with the technology needed for the ever changing real estate industry. We have instant access to all the MLS listings, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
We are required to take continuing education classes and continue to increase our knowledge in the real estate profession.
