Duane Toro is the best realtor in laramie and if you want your home to move quickly he is your man. The thing I enjoyed most about working with Duane is his no pressure tactics. When we wanted to look at a home we simply called him up set up an appointment and met him at the home. Once in our potential new home he would let us walk around on our own and take as much time as we needed. When we were done looking he would ask if we had any questions and what we thought. Never pushy, never rude, always friendly and helpful. Once we finally found the home we wanted he was quick to make a deal and get us in.

If you want an easy home buying or selling experience Duane Toro Realestate is your best choice.

I spoke with Mr. Toro a few minutes ago. Within a minute, he came across as perhaps one of the most rude agents with whom I've had the displeasure of speaking with. Most obnoxiously, he took offense at the fact that I noted that I'm actively interviewing Realtors to find one that I find comfortable doing business with. So offended was he that I dare ask for an interview, he declined my business.

In this business, the customer rules the roost. Not the Realtor with what I believe is an inflated sense of self. If I want to sell my home, I'm certainly not going to hire an agent who talks down to customers, nor will I let my experience be unknown. I'm looking for someone who is a salesman, who places his customer needs ahead of his own ego. I want an agent who is polite, and doesn't insult me with a wisecrack regarding my name.

I, personally, will not do business with him.

I am not even his customer and I don't like the guy. I live in a house that I rent that is now being sold and his inability to remember the specifics of what we told him (ie our availability) and to pass that information along to other realtors showing our place (that we currently live in) is absurd. I have been woken up by phone calls, requested visits outside of our stated availability and had realtors let themselves in because they didn't know we were home (which was a condition of showing the house). Overall it appears that all he cares about is selling the house and not those in said house.

If you want to sell your house do not use this company. Very unprofessional and rude. Makes promises and never follows through. Does not advertise your property. Does not believe in open houses. Shaun is the laziest realtor you will find. Does not follow through. Wont answer phone calls or texts. Would not even take pics of the property. We had to provide the pics. Kept promising to put up signs and would not follow through. Toro only showed the property once in the whole time they had it listed.They think MLS is the only place they should have to advertise. When we fired them Shaun was rude and insulting to my wife and property.When we sent an email to the broker all we were told was we don't do business that way, find someone else. Do not waste your time. Find a professional realty company.
