I am so comfortable in my new hair cut :-)
I came in with multiple photos. One of the photos was of exactly what I wanted, and the other photo was of what I didnt want. Brittney Courts gave me exactly what I wanted. I feel like I will be able to get consistently awesome haircuts with her. Getting ready this morning was a breeze.

I made my second and third appointment with Britt only to be forgotten about after myself and my 2 children arrived at her salon to find out she was in Baton Rouge?!?! but, there's more...the first appointment we had with her, she did the same thing to someone else. she forgot about their appointment and left them hanging. Terribly unprofessional. Then when I went to leave my honest review on Facebook, she had her friend come try and bully me into removing it.

Always leave loving my hair. Bryan is awesome and the atmosphere has a edgy rock vibe but very relaxed. I've never had a bad experience here.
