I would have given this business a 1-star rating if not for the staff and top quality of the technology used for their exams. That said, I was treated rudely by Dr. Reynolds and accused of neglecting my eye care, but she didn't stop there. She implied I was driving illegally and snapped at me for anything else I had to say. Uhm, why was I and my entire family there for exams that day? Huh? We are cash paying customers, but I nor anyone I know will ever return. I wanted to keep our business local, rather than going to Colorado for treatment, but I will never grace the door of a business who doesn't care for and appreciate its customers. I would highly recommend that if you, like I, expect to be treated with care and concern by your physician, you should look elsewhere. Do not subject yourself to distain and derision!

This is the worst place in town to go for glasses or any eye needs. The main office coordinator is one of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with period. Not only did she keep cutting me off when I was trying to talk, but she hung up On me mid sentence as well. The eye tech did not wash their hands before touching my face. And the way the deal with insurance is Laughable. I would not expect this level of customer service anywhere let alone in the heath care profession. I am not going to recommend this place for purchasing eye wear, they totally scammed me and by the looks of the reviews I have read here I am not the first. They sold me FAKE Ray Ban sunglasses which didn't have the Ray Ban logo on the lenses. I called Ray Ban customer service because I knew something was not right about my sunglasses and they informed me that lenses without the logo are not authentic. When I called Laramie Vision Center afterwards they put me on hold and then let me know that my lenses are not authentic and that the insurance doesn't cover authentic Ray Ban lenses. I called my insurance and have learned that this is a lie. I was never told any of this when I was purchasing my sunglasses after I got my eyes checked. I am very disappointed by how I was deceived into buying inauthentic Ray Bans. A good and honest business would be transparent with their customers and not cheat them off of their hard earned money. It is daylight robbery to charge a customer over $400 for FAKE Ray Bans. Choose wisely, select another place to get your eyes checked. This is not the place to visit.

Scam artists. Not only did they mess up orders on glasses and contacts they failed to update my contact information and payments. As a result they have sent me to court for ~$300. They are condescending and rude when you are trying to work with them. They consistently called family members trying to confirm my appointments after changing my number and address with them multiple times. They will nickel and dime you so they can pay for the damages that were done when their last building was burnt down.

I was very impressed with Dr. Howell! Unlike many optometrists I've had in the past, he took the time to explain everything that was going on with my eyes. For instance, he explained how the Wyoming climate affects my eyes (as opposed to the previous Texas climate I had been living in), why I have trouble with bright lights at night, and how to better care for my eyes and contacts. I left feeling very informed and well cared for!
