They do not take care of their customers. Run around constantly. We applied for their credit card through synchrony bank. We have explained this at least a dozen times and they just don't get it?

THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY ACTION. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND AND THEY DON'T CARE!

I went in with my family on a busy Saturday to switch over from AT&T. We had to wait a long time but it wasn't their fault; it was just a busy time, there were four or five people ahead of us and they had three people staffed. We were checked on and updated about the wait often. I was impressed with their customer service. We ended up starting service and purchasing three new phones. I wanted a gold iPhone, which they did not have in stock, so an employee drove across town to their second location to get me one. They went out of their way for us! They went out of their way to get us the beat deal too and checked every option to see what would save us the most.

I stopped into the store today to buy a new belt clip for my phone. Wade, the gentlemen that helped me, told me they didn't sell otter products but he asked to see my phone. He knelt didn't and opened a drawer and came out with the belt clip I was looking for. When I asked how much, he smiled and said no charge just write s good review...thanks wade.
