4 1/2 out of 5 stars! Not only was the gentleman who helped us super nice, but he was also quick and efficient at 1 o'clock in the a.m.! He had us checked in and in our room within 15 minutes. Also, they allow pets! Which we didn't have, but he thought I said I had 2 dogs :).
As for the room: super comfortable bed, working tv with local channels, decent shower, full bottles of shampoo/ conditioner/ bodywash (which was wonderful cause our flight to Rock Springs was canceled and we decided to drive home in a blizzard! So we didn't have any of our Toiletries that was with our checked luggage).
Breakfast was from 7a.m.-9. Very simple fare, but filling. Cereal bar, bread bar, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, and link sausage. They had a make your own waffle area and all the coffee and juice/milk you could want.
The only problem was the entrance. There was no light or stop sign that we could see driving into the parking lot of the hotel. So we drove past the entrance thinking the stop light is where we turn to enter. We had to make a turn in the middle of the road to go back to the entrance. I'll keep the 5 star, cause it was in the middle of the night in a blizzard, so we may have just not seen it.
Thanks AmericaInn for taking care of us! Will be staying again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 31, 2023
Unexpected and appreciated hospitality. Shout out to Tess. She matched the price of booking. Com and upgraded us!
We were driving cross country and hadn't planned on stopping here but hit some weather and decided to play it safe as we were all tired.
The parking lot was able to fit our trucks and trailers just fine.
Pet friendly.
Gorgeous pool and hot tub area.
Bbq outside if you need.
Breakfast was darn good.
If I am ever in this area again I would stay here in a heartbeat.Helpful 12Thanks 2Love this 13Oh no 0 - Nuna R.Taos, NM04835Oct 21, 2022
My love and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable Inn!! It felt, looked, and smelled very fresh and new upon walking in and the staff was accommodating, warm, and welcoming.
The room walls are quieter than typical thin hotel walls. The floor carpet, bedding, toiletries, and appliances were all high tech and upscale! We greatly recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and truly comfortable experience away from home.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Iszak F.NY, NY03Nov 13, 2023
Horrible place... try to use their tv for my Roku and use my own hotspot and they don't have a single remote that'll change the input but have these nice fancy tvs should stay down the road

The place is good except for the lowest quality tissues and toilet paper - it's like sandpaper. Even rest stops and gas stations have better paper products. We stayed one night and the room was clean with newer carpeting and bedding. The room was up to date and had the normal noise level from other rooms. The food was average. All in all, this is a solid motel except for the poor quality paper products.

I would not Recommend a stay here . We found bed bugs as we were packing up after a three night stay . Management did nothing and insist that we they see no evidence of bugs . Well we had three rooms one on a completely different floor and the kids that stayed there had bites as well . It takes several days to Know you have bites for us it was after a 12 hour drive my daughters boyfriend has 21 bites that we counted ! They will do nothing and refuse to admit that there is a problem . Wish i could add pictures to show y'all the bugs .. we are not crazy this hotel is horrible and will continue to stress people out . O don't want to carry these things home ! I e taken every measure to not do so but it's been a nightmare ! My perfect vacay ruined .

Never again for $180+ a night, including the pet fee of $25. It presents nicely upon check in however don't be fooled. No screens on the windows. No hand soap in the bathroom. They charge $25 per pet but they aren't allowed on the grass or rocks area. Breakfast offered consisted of gray-colored sausage, apples that were so old they were warm to the touch and soft, stale bagels. I wouldn't touch the eggs or potatoes so can't comment in them. The hotel's posted pictures of the breakfast area are completely false. I ended up with two pieces of bread and an individually packaged Jiffy peanut butter, which I had to ask for because the bowl was empty. This hotel was relatively empty so no excuse for such poor/scant breakfast food. Two stars because the guy who checked us in was nice and the shower and toilet were clean.

Fantastic! After a long day of traveling it was so nice to land at this pleasant hotel. Everything is very clean. When checking in at the front desk with a very accommodating and polite young man, "Hunter", he welcomed me with a great attitude and made sure that all my questions were answered. His customer service is supreme. The beds are comfortable and the room entry is painless. Located up the road from a convenient and decent Walmart. Perfect location, staff and service.

Beds were more comfortable than mine at home! The only two downfalls were 1.) the wifi doesn't work on iphone's & 2.) the room we were in had a musty odor. But the staff was friendly and the beds being so comfortable makes up for it.

Very nice respite as we traveled from Kansas to Idaho imn October. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. They had nice parking given we were traveling with a u haul trailer.
Given the trailer, we didn't want to go anywhere for dinner with it, but a Wal-Mart was in short walking distance and we were able to get dinner items there.
There were some issues - the initial room we were given appeared to have been slept in and not prepared properly. We also had to change rooms the second night as the reservation was for two one nights (due to our uncertainty of travel time) and they couldn't leave us in the same room both nights. Also, the wifi connection was spotty depending on which room we were in.
The issues were rectified quickly, so although there were glitches, they didn't hinder our stay significantly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
