Clure Brothers Furniture

I've always had fantastic luck with Clure brothers. They're a reason I shop local. I bought a recliner there, it had a few issues. They came right over and picked it up, took it and fixed and had it back to me the same day (Richard rocks!) They've always been great and I will continue to shop there whenever I can.

We have bought many items from Clure. After this week, we will never step foot in this store,
My husband stopped by Clure's Friday, July 10, to look at headboards for our guest room. He was dressed in chore clothes (and a mask) which should not matter but it did.
When he entered the store he was not so much approached as he was called to across the store. My husband said what we were looking for. She called out that the cheapest headboard was over $700. My husband just said $700? Her response was "You can always go to Walmart."
A smart sales person would have at least made some effort for him to stay....maybe say "Let me look in our catalogues, or here is my card, have you shopped here before?" Some effort to keep the customer.
instead she chose to be insulting and distant. Bye bye Clure Bros. Therw are many other places to buy furniture.
